DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Our warehouse works 24/7 so as soon as your order is placed we will get on with picking and packing it for you. This does however mean that once an order is placed you can't cancel it, but don't worry as we offer a free returns service if you do need to return your items after ordering. We use DPD as our courier so once it's on it's way to you you'll receive a text message confirming your estimated delivery date, you will also have the option to amend your delivery date, time and even location at this point. Standard delivery normally takes 3 working days, but please allow a little longer during busy periods and holidays.
Please consider Bank Holidays when choosing your delivery option. Next day deliveries will be received the next working day after your order is placed. Orders will not be delivered on Sundays or on a Bank Holiday.
Whilst we endeavour to keep our delivery timescales as up to date as possible, there are occasions where delays may occur which are beyond our control. For this reason, please ensure that you have your products in your possession and inspected before booking a decorator. Often decorators will charge a cancellation fee - we would be unable to consider reimbursing any costs in this situation.

UPON RECEIPT OF OUR ITEMS
All orders are checked at our premises before they are dispatched to ensure that they meet our high quality of standards. Once your product is delivered please check your products for colour, design, quality and any imperfections (all wallpaper should be checked before being cut, once the wallpaper has been cut we are unable to accept return of the item).
If you have any issues regarding your order please feel free to contact us at Customer Services and we will get back to you as soon as possible (normally within 24 hrs).
We shall have no liability to you in respect of any delay or failure to deliver a product due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) delay or failure caused by adverse weather, strikes or transport problems.
RETURNS
We offer a free returns service which can be used up to 30 days from receipt of your delivery, the returns label will be included with the original delivery so please just attach to the original delivery box and take back to a DPD Drop off shop. You can find your nearest at DPD Shop Finder, all we ask is that you return the items in a saleable condition, so please don't remove the outer packaging, and once we receive the order and check the item we will refund you within 14 working days, we will contact you directly if there are any issues. If you need to make a return for any other reason or have any queries around the above process then please contact Customer Services who will be more than happy to help.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on wallpaper samples, peel and stick paint samples, paint tester pots, and paint as this is mixed to order.
